Alison Sudol
The music industry was not one that I considered feminine, and so accepting this new level of femininity is quite a issue. It was a challenge to be strong, feminine, and supple, but still take good care of myself and not be a burden to others, was not an easy one for me. I've loved it somewhat. I've enjoyed wearing heels and dresses everyday and sporting these lovely curls and soft fabrics. The experience was stressful since I'm not as old as the actors who are in Fantastic Beasts]; there is a great deal of stress. This was quite a shock, but I could feel a force pushing me upwards. It was likely that I'd be crushed or crumble due to the way I wanted to play this character and the sheer size. It is possible to spend time walking around going to coffee shops, museums and even parks. In LA you are often lonely, however in London it is possible to ride the Tube and find yourself amid the bustle of London and every type of person which you can think of is going through. I love watching the people around me. I come from a world of music where you're constantly in the company of men and you feel like you're in intimate settings almost every minute working with men. The books were a dream fulfilled for me. I've also read a couple of novels on tour I really enjoyed it to have this kind of universe to escape to, because when you're on tour, you're constantly going from city to city which can be very disorienting, then to go to such a strong vivid world when you sleep in your bunk is very relaxing.
